About Norsync Technologies
Norsync Technologies Inc. is a Canadian software engineering and IT services company based in southern Ontario. We work especially with small businesses — teams too big for DIY tools but too small for an IT department — building systems that work in sync with your business: secure, reliable, and built to last.
Our Mission
To give small businesses access to the engineering rigour that's usually reserved for enterprises — without the enterprise price tag.
How we work
Three principles guide every engagement, from a Linux install to a production wearable fleet.
Security first
Every system we touch is treated as a potential attack surface. Secure-by-default isn't a slogan here — it's the checklist.
Senior people, direct contact
You work with the engineers who build your solution. No account managers relaying messages, no junior hand-offs.
Pragmatic over trendy
We recommend what your problem needs — whether that's a modern framework, a legacy language, or a well-placed shell script.
